Cancellation Policy

**TRIFECTA HAIR STUDIO — BOOKING POLICY** **DEPOSITS** A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and are displayed at checkout. Your deposit is applied toward your total service price. All deposits are nonrefundable. **CANCELLATIONS** All cancellations must be completed through our online booking system. - **24 hours or more notice:** No additional cancellation fee. Your deposit remains nonrefundable. - **Less than 24 hours notice:** The remaining balance of your scheduled service will be charged after deducting your deposit. - **Same-day cancellations:** The remaining service balance will be charged. **NO-SHOWS** Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the remaining service balance after their deposit has been deducted. **ONE-TIME RESCHEDULING** Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per appointment, provided the change is made online at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Your original deposit will transfer to your new appointment date. No additional deposit is required for your first reschedule. Multiple reschedules are not permitted. Additional changes may result in cancellation of the appointment under our cancellation policy. **LATE ARRIVALS** Clients arriving 25 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment may be treated as a no-show and charged the remaining service balance. **APPOINTMENT CHANGES** Text messages, emails, and Instagram messages do not count as official cancellations or rescheduling requests. All changes must be made through our online booking system. **POLICY AGREEMENT** By booking an appointment with Trifecta Hair Studio, you acknowledge and agree to our booking, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.
